Cranberry Relish
Ingredients:
1.5 Cup Fresh Cranberries
1 Navel Orange
2 peeled apples
¼ cup – 1 cup sugar
Directions:
Place all the ingredients into a
food processor and pulse until you reach a slightly ground “chunky” consistency. Try adding a little lemon to the apples to
avoid browning and add a nice zing. Add the sugar to your preference. Less sugar will provide a more tart product
versus sweet. Instead of sugar you may
find adding additional fruit can help cut the cranberry bite. **I tried this recipe with 1/4C of sugar and this was just enough for me. Try the lowest amount and add as needed.**
