Institute is supported by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for the latest sport and performance nutrition information.
·        www.CDC.gov – The Center for Disease Control contains sections on healthy weight loss and weight management.
·        www.eatright.org – The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
·        http://www.nutritionaustralia.org/- I know this says Australia…but it does have some great nutrition resource fact sheets and is very easy to use.
