Baked Kale Chip Recipe

Ingredients
1 head of kale (this cost me only $0.90 for a large bunch!)
Salt to taste

Directions
Heat oven to 275oF. Remove the kale leafy portion from the center stem. Cut or tare the kale into chip sized pieces. Lay flat on a parchment paper lined pan. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt lightly to taste. Bake for 5-10 minutes based on crispy preference.

EASY and DELICIOUS!
