10 Minute: Spicy Shrimp Stir Fry
| 1 Package Frozen Vegetables |
4 Ingredients:
| 1 Package Frozen Pre-Cooked Shrimp (Large Shrimp) |
| 1 Cup Minute Rice |
| 1/4C San-J Szechuan Sauce (Meijers) |
Directions:
Lightly spray a large pan with nonstick spray. Turn the heat on medium high. Open the frozen vegetables and shrimp then pour the items into the pan. Defrost the items by placing a lid over the pan to keep moisture and heat. Occasionally stir the mixture for even heating. Once the items are heated through remove the lid to allow excess water to evaporate then pour the sauce over top. Cook both cups of rice in the microwave for 1 minute or as directed in the product directions. Separate all items into 4 servings. Enjoy!
