So it has been awhile since I have posted a new playlist.  I used this to teach my cycle class 11/21/11 for a hill emphasis, slower BPM with higher resistance on a stationary bike.  Teaching fitness classes keeps me up on my music search but always keep in mind these tracks are great up beat motivators for workouts in general.

Just for a reminder...these playlists can all be accessed through the spotify program.  To listen utilizing spotify you need to download the software from www.spotify.com, this is a free and easy to use program that resembles the itunes setup. **Spotify offers a "paid" account that will provide you with access to your favorite playlists from an offline location** It is a pretty neat software, worth checking out.
